Welcome to DeskMate! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Services Offered

  • Day passes, hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices
  • Bookable meeting and conference rooms
  • Tech-enabled access via web or mobile platforms

2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
  • Use the workspace facilities responsibly and respectfully
  • Refrain from illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
  • Follow all posted guidelines related to noise, cleanliness, and use of shared resources

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be prepaid through our online platform.
  • Cancellations or reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours before the booking.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Access and Security

  • Workspace access may be provided through QR codes, smart locks, or access cards.
  • Sharing your access credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • DeskMate reserves the right to revoke access for any violation of these Terms.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • DeskMate is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, DeskMate is not responsible for downtime, power issues, or internet outages.
  • Users are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for personal property.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and service-related assets remain the intellectual property of DeskMate. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reuse is prohibited.

7. Termination

DeskMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, or inappropriate conduct within the workspace.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colombo.
